1. NAME: The name of the Society shall be "ALL INDIA MUSLIM EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY"
2. LOCATION AND EXTENT OF OPERATION: The Office of the Society will be ordinarily located at the place of residence of the Secretary General and it may be shifted to such place or places as may be decided upon by the Executive Board from time to time.
3. AIMS AND OBJECTS
1. To work for the Educational, Social, Cultural and Economic advancement of the people of India.
2. To take effective steps for the promotion of higher education among the people in general and MUSLIMS in particular.
3.To Foster moral and spriritual values and to propogate Islamic ideals in education.
4.To co-ordinate, to the extend feasible, the work of various Societies, Assocaitions and Institutions which work in the field of education and social service.

5.To collect and disseminate useful and worthwhile information, to publish journals, books, pamphlets and such other literature and also to work as a clearing house for information in furtherance of the aims and objects of the Society.
6. To arrange conventions, camps, conferences, seminars, meetings, study groups visits, ets.
7. To assist Muslim Education, Social and Charitable organizations and Institutions in evolving a sound policy in regard to staffing and in securing suitable staff and to arrange for exchange of staff and students between such Institutions.

8.To initiate and to assist in the promotion of Educational, Cultural and humanitarian projects such as schools, collegs, orphanages, hospitals, health centers, libraries, reading rooms and physical training centers and schools for physically handicaped children such as schools for the blind for the Deaf and Dumb , Remand Houses for Boys and Girls, Nursery Teachers Training, Phoolbans ets.

9.To establish or to praticipate in Industrial and Commercial undertaking with a view to relieving unemployment and economic distress, particularly among the educated unemployed.

10. To foster and encourage study of issues and problems bearing upon education of the youth in the modern context and to help evolve practical solution to such problems and to examine the necessity for fresh orientation and liberal approach in the field of educaiton of boys and girls.

11.To take effective steps to evolve a general policy on religious and moral education and to coorodiante such activities in the different States.

12. To serve as a forum for formulating and debating on matters of broad policy in the field of education, of all levels and of all types.

13. To protect and safeguard the constitutional and other legal rights of the Muslim Community and to co-operate and assist those who seek to protect such rights.

14. To acquire, hold and encumber property and to enter in to contracts for the furtherance of the object and purposes of the Society.

15. To utilitse the whole or any part fo the income or assets fo the Society for its legitimate expenses and for chariable or educational objects.

16.To do such other acts as are ancillary or conducive to and neessary for the attainment of the above objects.

17. The name and addresses ,occupations of members of the Executive Board to whom the management and affairs of the Society are entrusted as required under Section 2 of the Societies Regisration Act of 1860 are as follows:-

We the undersigned are desirous of forming a Society by name "ALL INDIA MUSLIM EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY" under the Societies Registtration Act XX1 of 1860.
