Azra Begum, age 22 years learnt tailoring from her friends. Chattisgarh Baitumal Foundation gave her sewing machine on loan.
"I have taken sewing machine on loan from Chattisgarh Baitumal Foundation. I learnt tailoring and stitching from my friends. I started with small jobs like button stitching for which I used to get Rs10. My husband was the sole earner. We had a very difficult life. Now with machine I take work from the outside like stitching of pillow covers etc. Now I earn between Rs 70-80 per day."

Shamshad Begum, age-29 years is a tailor. She run her work from home at Kashiram Nagar. She was given interest free loan of Rs.2000 for buying sewing machines and other accessories.

Sunita age 18 years learnt tailoring at stitching center run by Chattisgarh Baitumal Foundation. After successful completion of the course she was given a sewing machine. She is skilled in ladies clothes such as salwar suit, frocks and skirts etc.
" I joined Chattisgarh Baitumal Foundation stitching center two years back when my father died. Now I am skilled in ladies clothes. I am getting works from the local shopkeepers. I want to become self-independent Thanks to Chattisgarh Baitumal Foundation.
